Building Technology
Our building technology team is comprised of engineers, architects and technical professionals with extensive experience in building construction and performance; the transport of water, vapor and air in and out of building construction; cause and origin investigation of moisture sources and water infiltration paths, mold and mildew investigations, testing of construction materials, and evaluation of construction disputes. Packer engineers and architects possess extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry--from evaluation of roofs, facades and windows to inspections of foundations and structural framing systems. Our engineers and architects evaluate building construction for proper design and performance of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems. Building technology services also includes the remediation of non-performing buildings with the development of design documents and performing the bidding and construction administration phases of the work. Site safety evaluations and building code compliance evaluations are also performed.
