Trade Dress activities at Packer often relate to the quantifiable aspects of the look and feel of products.  Our wide-range of computer-based, 3-D laser scanners is especially useful for the surface topography of a product.  We also perform analyses and testing to determine the function of product features.  Our staff’s extensive industrial experience in electronics, materials, aerospace, transportation, manufacturing equipment, consumer products, etc., provides a vast resource base with which to evaluate both function and form.
