John J. Stamm
Staff ConsultantMr. Stamm is a staff consultant with the Mechanical Transportation Group at Packer Engineering. John has worked on projects that include investigation analysis and reconstruction, both industrial and automotive in nature. He consults in a wide variety of areas related to the analysis and design of mechanical systems and components, including patent infringement analysis.
Before joining Packer Engineering, Mr. Stamm was at Dupage County Public Works where his work centered on data collection and analysis. There he orchestrated a complete GPS mapping system of the County’s sanitary, storm, and water systems. He also inspected homes and businesses to assess drainage problems and advised where future construction projects were most needed.
Mr. Stamm also worked as a Process Flow Engineer for Flink (manufacturer of salt spreaders and snow plows), where he studied their production lines and made recommendations in order to help optimize their manufacturing efficiency. In a consulting capacity, he created a business plan for moving their entire operation into a new facility with a two year payback.
