Mr. Fleming has thorough experience in identifying electrical, lighting and fire alarm problems and providing solutions. He has performed many facility-based power, lighting and fire alarm system designs, design reviews, facility assessments, and has managed electrical aspects of domestic and international construction projects. His work has involved both the technical and financial evaluations of commercial, federal and military facilities.
