Mr. Foresi is a fire investigator based in Packer Engineering's Ann Arbor office. He performs investigations in the origin and cause of fires in both structures and vehicles.

Mr. Foresi spent 25 years with the Detroit Fire Department. Eleven years of that time were spent in the arson section as a fire investigator. Mr. Foresi has investigated approximately 6000 structural fires, 2000 vehicle fires, and fires that resulted in approximately 300 fatalities. During his time as a Detroit firefighter, Mr. Foresi was also employed by Efficient Engineering in Oak Park, Michigan, as a tool designer of automotive assembly tooling and material handling equipment.

After retirement from the fire department, Mr. Foresi resumed his career in tool design, working at Paslin Engineering, Inter-Lakes Design, and finally, as part owner of HMK Design. His scope of work during this period involved robotic assembly processes, resistance and MIG welding, and material handling systems.
