John W. Nowicki, Sr.
Vice PresidentMr. Nowicki is the Vice President of Business Development for Packer Engineering. His responsibilities include overall sales and marketing of Packer’s capabilities and services as well as developing strategic alliances within the Industrial, Insurance & Litigation market place.
Mr. Nowicki has over 30 years of experience within the general aviation industry. He is an F.A.A. Licensed Private Pilot, an Aerobatic Competition Pilot and has been involved with the manufacturing, flight testing, restoration and maintenance of aircraft components, aircraft kits and complete aircraft. He has built several aircraft and has received awards from the Experimental Aircraft Association and The DuPont Company for his workmanship and efforts.
Mr. Nowicki has held several positions within a local chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association, is the current President of the chapter and a Technical Counselor for the national organization. As a Technical Counselor and volunteer, he has been involved in promoting aviation education and aviation safety on a local and national level through programs such as Young Eagles, Flying Start, and the Amateur built aircraft program.
In addition to his involvement with aviation, he has been involved extensively with the restoration, modification and repair of motorcycles, expressly with Harley Davidson for over 25 years. His areas of expertise involve drive train, chassis/frame modification, custom component fabrication and custom finishing.
