Kirsta J. Witmer
Senior Project Coordinator Ms. Witmer joined Packer Engineering in 2003 as an advanced level project coordinator. She is a member of Packer's internal Techno-Litigation Support Department, which provides litigation support services to the core technical groups within the company. As an advanced level project coordinator, Ms. Witmer is responsible for reviewing and analyzing project material including deposition transcripts, exhibits, trial proceedings, investigative reports, product information, drawings and specs and other project documentation. She also assists project leaders and managers ensuring the project materials are continually received in a timely fashion for review and further project preparation.
Prior to joining Packer Engineering, Ms. Witmer gained extensive professional training and experience as a paralegal at Hunt, Suedhoff, & Kalamaros, LLP. As a paralegal, Ms. Witmer was responsible for supporting a team of litigation attorneys in Indiana. In that position, Ms. Witmer assisted in the representation of insurance companies before various federal and state courts and agencies, including the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board, Superior and Circuit Courts of Indiana, the Indiana Court of Appeals, the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Her duties included legal research as well as the preparation and coordination of legal documents such as routine motions and discovery responses.
