Senior Vice-PresidentMr. Fioravante, a Senior Vice-President, assists clients with complex, multi-discipline technical projects and financial and organization issues to improve their facility performance and extend the value of their assets. His projects cover the range from cause and origin investigations, design of repairs and upgrades, facility conditional and operational assessments to organizational assessments.
Mr. Fioravante has more than 25 years of experience evaluating the design and performance requirements of facility and power plant systems, including chilled water, steam, electrical distribution, HVAC and fire protection systems. He has performed numerous facility audits and inspections to applicable codes. His work has involved both the financial and technical evaluation of facility upgrades including the development of decision trees. His experience includes the evaluation and development of project, facility and engineering organizational structures, processes and procedures. His experience also includes developing and implementing comprehensive energy management programs.
