Mr. Liu has over 25 years of progressive experience and responsibility in the design and management of roof replacements, building facade restorations, and waterproofing repair and replacement projects for private and public buildings.  Mr. Liu has applied his extensive knowledge of roofing and waterproofing to consult on investigations of various moisture infiltration projects for many building owners. 

Mr. Liu provides technical services and consulting for building sealants, roofing, waterproofing, and curtain wall systems.  He performs routine architectural and structural inspections and troubleshoots problems in exterior envelope systems and building foundations; prepares specifications for replacement, repairs, and renovation work; and provides construction administration and project management services for renovation projects.  Mr. Liu acts as the Team-Leader of multi-disciplined teams for construction management projects and property condition assessments.
