He has extensive laboratory and field experience in transducer preparation and calibration, signal conditioning, measurement, acquisition and analysis of acceleration, force, temperature, pressure, strain and displacement data. His many abilities also include surface and solid modeling and animation. His experience includes the preparation, maintenance and instrumentation of Hybrid III anthropomorphic test devices for use in static and dynamic demonstrations. He has worked to develop techniques and improve capabilities in photogrammetric analysis.

Mr. Bundorf's experience includes automobile, truck, motorcycle, off-road and utility vehicles, accident investigation and reconstruction, instrumentation, strain gaging, fixturing, testing, finite element analysis, photo and video documentation, and courtroom exhibit preparation. He has recently worked in the development of a high-speed analog-to-digital data acquisition and analysis system and software for use with the mini-sled impact simulator to assess head injury criterion.

Mr. Bundorf has extensive experience using AutoCAD and the solid modeling of mechanical objects of varying complexity and level of detail for use in computer visualization and animation. He also has considerable experience with the FARO portable coordinate measuring machine using AnthroCAM for dimensional inspection and reverse engineering applications, as well as computer programming in C, BASIC, FORTRAN and Dbase. Mr. Bundorf currently holds certifications in Vetronix Crash Data Retrieval Tool (General Motors), the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Physiological Training Program with 25,000 foot Chamber Flight and Rapid Decompression as required for Microgravity Research flights, and as an operator of various types of lift trucks and material handling equipment.
